No one reads journals. Hekla, I rarely do. But I feel like ranting to myself. xD

My parents won't let me draw anything until the 15th of October. And I mean ANYTHING. To get me started focused on uni, they say. I think I know how a sorceress felt during a witch hunt, but I'll live.

And there's this contest on blog.mangazen.ro/articol/215/ . Almost a week of voting left, it's terrible. o.o"

My ideal top:

1. SUMMER CELEBRATION

Best. Graphics. Also, funny moments that kept me reading until, to my horror, I realised I...finished. I wanted more. I'm glad the ending showed Ceto's energy bar, it gave the manga more realism and I was...relieved, yes, relieved that it wasn't trying to explain Atlantis sleeping with the fish!

2. LOST DAYS/9ORE

Not so crazy about slice-of-life in general, but Lost days managed to pull it off quite well - I also liked how he/she coloured hair. Pity the ending felt a little rushed, I kept wondering how the last page would've looked if coloured : was that picture of the red-haired model used before or of the brunette he secretly thought of? 9 ore was kind of cute, graphics pretty good compared to most. Surprisingly few noticed that the reaper had the hair, the mole, the nails like Eliza. I'm pretty sure it was her.

3. SCHAUSSBURG KNIGHT/ ONE OF THE ABOVE
Cute chibi-s, I didn't expect this! It's sad how the faces looked at times and the raw-looking lines fit only the fight scenes, imo. Also, enjoyed the theory, but...at the end I was more curious why his wife believed in his "alternative theory of history" than anything. >.<"

4. A SEASONAL CONFESSION

Pretty enjoyable, although Cana looked like a rip-off of Sui-Feng from Bleach and the ending only made me lose all respect for the leading chara. Unknown bishie didn't save the day either. v.v

5. HUNTED TO THE LIMIT/ RMDC 1164258

The first for the bishes, brainless action and humour (biiig minus for the plot hole at the end), the other for the cuteness, the stairway metaphor (loved it!)...it's just sad it suffered from the "jacket-syndrome" (how a friend of mine calls unfortunate screen toning).

6. ONE OF THE ABOVE

I'd like to find these in this year's book. I'm sorry about Perfect Heart, if only it were coloured and had better paneling! I'd read it again gladly. Also enjoyed Black Ink.

For me,it was a great day,as I finally had the opportunity to take over the kitchen and bake my first muffins.

At first,as any newbie in the muffin business,I took a recipe.From joyofbaking.com,lol,vanilla muffins.After making the first 10 muffins,I ran out of dough but I still wanted to make muffins. (I know,I'm crazy about 'em...that's what happens to you if you're a L fangirl,so beware,don't watch Death Note).The next 10 muffins were almost the same,they only had in plus lemon juice and orange zest.

Now because I'm evil,I'll tell you my made-up recipe for the 3rd serie of muffin,to make you salivate > : the filling consisted of sweet cow cheese,walnuts,wine,cinnamon and the glazer was lemon flavoured!

Hmmm,let me think about it...

1. I've done only about 7 drawings in PhotoShop so far,but I've been thaught by friends on DA how to make objects glow or look silky.

2. I'm an anime/manga fan....my most favourite manga is Vampire Knight,but I can't choose a favourite anime! O.o

3. I just love the goth style,especially when a song is in Latin and/or has a church organ or bells.

4. I like RPGs,but I spend more time reading than playing games...

5. I'm too stubborn and impulsive for my own safety.

6. I...*ahem*....write poetry,but please don't tell that to anyone after you reads this,ok?

7. I don't like cheesy romances,SF-s,so-called "action movies" with a hero who saves the world even without sweating,but I'm very keen on comedies and horrors...if a character is a vampire,count me in! (eg.: Underworld 2!)

8. I love playing volleyball,badminton and I'll get back to practising taekwon-do as soon as possible.
